How can I register my daughter for skills camp?

1. You may download the PDF brochure below and fill out the application form and submit via mail.

2. You may request an application form via e-mail and we will send you a Word document.

3. You may pay on-line with a credit card utilizing our secured payment site at www.active.com .

How can I register my team for team competition camp?

1. Your Head Coach should call us directly to reserve your team's spot in our camp.

2. Your athletes may download the PDF brochure below & fill out the application form & submit via mail.

2. Your athletes may request an application form via e-mail and we will send you a Word document.

3. Your athletes may pay on-line with a credit card utilizing our secured payment site at www.active.com .

2. Then collect the registration forms from your players and submit to us directly.
